It provides a tailored experience for airport professionals looking to source solutions for on-going and upcoming airport projects across the globe, be it airport construction and development, improving terminal and apron operations or system and process upgrades for smart, sustainable airports.

Requirements for participating:
- You are a senior airport professional with direct purchasing and contracting authority
- You attend with a committed budget for on-going and upcoming airport development, expansion and modernisation projects across the globe
- You have an intermediate level of English in order to converse with international airport suppliers
Hosted Buyer Benefits
Once successfully accepted onto the programme, you will receive the following exclusive benefits organised by the inter airport Europe Buyers Team and its Official Partners:
- Complimentary 4* hotel accommodation in one of inter airport Europe’s partner hotels for three nights
- Complimentary breakfast at your allocated hotel
- Daily transfers from the partner hotel to the exhibition venue and back
- Lunch on each show day
- A tailored experience: We will work closely with you to understand your project needs, and suggest relevant exhibitors, products and services to meet your objectives
- Early access to the Business Connect Platform to arrange meetings with exhibitors based on your requirements

*Please note that flights, airport transfers and dinners are not included in the Hosted Buyer Programme.
Hosted Buyer Commitments
- Attend a minimum of 15 pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors across the 3 show days, with a minimum of 5 appointments per day
- Prepare to arrive the day before the start of the event and attend during opening hours and leave only after the close of the show
- You are willing to adhere to all Hosted Buyer programme commitments and attendance policies as per the terms & conditions which are provided for review before you commit to take part in the programme
