Entry may be for a company, person, or product and must demonstrate:

• Proven impact across multiple inter airport Europe editions or decades
• Contribution to industry evolution, innovation, or excellence
• Enduring relationships with the airport community
• Supporting narrative or recognition from peers/partners

Celebrates innovative equipment, systems, or services improving ground handling or airside performance.

Entry must demonstrate at least one of the following:

• Safety or operational efficiency improvements
• Emission reduction or energy optimisation
•  Innovation in GSE design, automation, or integration
• Active use or proven results in airport environments

Spotlights a new-to-market product or solution launched in 2025.

Entry must include:

• Product launch date (must be in 2025 or at the event)
• Unique features or innovations compared to market alternatives
• Relevance to current airport needs and challenges
• Visuals, demos, or testimonials to support impact

Recognises a solution that uses AI, machine learning, robotics, or data to optimise airport performance, improve decision-making, or transform operations.

Entries must demonstrate at least one of the following:

• Application of AI or predictive analytics to improve efficiency, safety, or passenger flow
• Integration of smart systems across terminal or airside operations
• Use of data to drive real-time decision-making or measurable outcomes
• Deployment of robotics to enhance airport operations or passenger experience
• Demonstrated ability to enhance airport and passenger security through intelligent technologies
• Real-world implementation examples with clear performance impact

Honours outstanding contributions to environmental sustainability in airport operations.

Entry must demonstrate:

• Measurable environmental benefit (e.g. CO₂ savings, waste reduction, energy efficiency)
• Scalability and/or integration into existing airport systems
• Innovation or leadership in sustainable design, materials, or practices
• Supporting data, case studies, or pilot results

Recognises solutions that significantly improve terminal operations or the passenger experience.

Entry must demonstrate at least one of the following:

• Operational efficiency gains (e.g. faster processing, staff optimisation)
• Enhanced passenger comfort, accessibility, safety or experience
• Innovation in design, construction, or terminal flow
• Real-world deployment or successful pilot results
