Visitor...

Are children allowed to attend the event?

Only attendees over 18 or those pre-approved by the organisers will be able to attend.

How do I register to attend as a member of the media?

Our media passes are restricted to journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and digital influencers associated with the industry. Registration for members of the media is open in and accreditation is required for verification by our PR agency, Emerald Media.

What is the exhibitor portal?

The exhibitor portal is where exhibitors can update their profile. Once you have signed your contract, you will receive an email from “inter airport Europe team' with a link where you can create your own unique login and password.

I can’t get into the exhibitor portal; how do I get access?

The exhibitor portal will become live in the run-up to the fair. Once you have signed your contract as an exhibitor, you will be sent your login details. If you need any further assistance, we will be happy to help - please contact our Customer Services team.

How can I register sharers on my stand?

You can register your sharers via the exhibitor portal, and the number of sharers that you may register will be based on the allocation you have been contracted for. If you have not yet been contracted for your sharers, please speak with your sales contact to arrange this. If you have any further difficulties, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help. 

Can my sharers access the exhibitor portal?

Once you have registered your sharers in the exhibitor portal, they will each receive a link to log in to the portal and access their own profile/directory listing. The login link will be sent to the email address you had associated with their details when you registered them.

I need to speak with someone about my invoice and paying for my stand. Who should I speak to?

We would suggest you reach out to your account manager, and if necessary, they can then share further contact details with you if you need to speak with our accounts team.

I am interested in sponsorship opportunities. What is available?

We have some great opportunities available to help promote your brand, products and services. To discuss the sponsorship that is available and would offer the greatest value to you, please speak with a member of our sales team or your account manager. Contact us

How can I upgrade my website listing?

We would suggest you reach out to your sales contact to discuss the options available.

What happens if you need to postpone/cancel the event?

Your sales contact will be in touch should the event be postponed or cancelled to assist you further.

I need to speak to someone about my stand, where do I speak to?

During inter airport Europe, we will have members of our sales and marketing teams on hand to offer any additional support you may need. Alternatively, please follow the link to speak to our Customer Services team


Media...

I am a member of the media; how do I register to attend?

Our media passes are restricted to Journalists, Photographers, Broadcasters, and Digital Influencers associated with the industry. Please be prepared to share accreditation with our PR agency Emerald Media PR as part of the registration process.

Can I use the logo for your event on my website, or as personal email signature etc.?

Please use our logo and social designs to highlight your participation. When using, please hyperlink to our site interairporteurope.com. Our logo and social designs will be available closer to the event. 

What is the official PR company for the event and how do I contact them?

All press and PR is handled by our dedicated PR team, Emerald Media PR. As well as running our press throughout the year, they also manage press registration and the Press Office during the fair itself.

Barrier-free Accessibility
On-site locations:

Sanitary facilities for wheelchair users are located in the West, East and North entrances, on the south sides of the A and B halls, on the north sides of the C halls, near the information counter and in all hall restaurants on the 1st floor. 

Parking concessions for people with disabilities:

With a severely disabled pass, you can park free of charge in the West multi-storey parking lot in the special parking areas at the front of each level. Please exchange your parking ticket for a free exit ticket before leaving the parking garage. You can obtain this from the APCOA Deutschland GmbH office on level 0 in the multi-storey parking lot or directly at the barrier. 

In the event parking areas in the open-air grounds, please proactively show your severely disabled pass to the cashier on site so that you can enter free of charge. 

Please also have your severely disabled pass ready when you exit the car park. 

Up and down into the trade fair:

Access from the Messestadt West and Ost subway stations is wheelchair accessible as well as to general access to all entrances.

The entire exhibition center is equipped with wheelchair-accessible passenger elevators that allow easy level changes.

The elevators are located at the West, North and East entrances, on the south sides of the A and B halls, and on the north sides of the C halls.

All exhibition areas and catering facilities are accessible without thresholds at ground floor level and are equipped with floor coverings suitable for wheelchairs.
